Taking that first step into a gym can be a very daunting idea and I created Get Gym Confident to help you to overcome any barriers you have and help you to create a new fitness lifestyle that you not only enjoy, but get a real passion for.
Outdoor Exercise is a great way to get into fitness, covering all the basic moves, helping you to feel confident in what youa re doing. Our Bootcamp style classes have a great atmosphere with every participant cheering eachother along.
Classes are currently held at Coopersale Cricket Pitch and are a range of resistance/bodyweight exercises and HIIT elements giving you a full body workout. Helping you to acheive your goals whether they are weight loss, improving fitness levels or just becoming comfotable in your own skin.
I understand that creating new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness, find workouts and exercises you enjoy, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that there are forms of exercise for everyone, its just finding that right mix for you!
